For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent, content and audience, discovering and developing exceptional talent, creating and pitching original content, producing compelling stories and leading creative teams at the highest levels of entertainment and media.
My expertise spans talent development, on-camera performance, content development, casting, production, creative strategy, brand building and audience engagement, working with emerging talent, established personalities and celebrities both behind and in front of the camera.
Today, I bring that experience across television, streaming, digital, social, podcasting, publishing and brand partnerships, as an executive, producer, host, founder and creator.
A CAREER BUILT ON PEOPLE & STORIES
My career began in New York and took me to Los Angeles, where I spent 12 years working as a Casting Director, Producer and Development Executive. My work has earned three Emmy nominations across producing and casting and includes some of television’s most recognizable franchises, including Queer Eye, Love Island, Love Is Blind, The Bachelorette, Forged in Fire, Catfish, Dr. Phil and The Real.
Throughout my career, I’ve discovered, developed, coached, cast, packaged and pitched talent, from everyday people with extraordinary stories to established personalities and celebrities, while developing and pitching projects at the highest levels of entertainment. My work has reached audiences through major platforms and networks including NBC, CBS, Hulu, HBO, Netflix and Peacock.
Today, I’m also building media brands of my own, including VIVID Magazine and Fuck It Factor, bringing everything I’ve learned about talent, storytelling, culture, brand building and audience connection into what I create next.
